1. Course Access

When you purchase a course, you receive a non-transferable, non-exclusive, personal licence to access the course materials for your own private, non-commercial use. You may not share, resell, sublicense, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display course materials without our prior written permission. Access is granted to one individual only and may not be shared with others.

2. Course Content and Updates

We reserve the right to update, modify, or remove course content at any time without notice and without liability to you. We will endeavour to ensure course content remains current and valuable, however we make no guarantee that specific content, tools, or platforms referenced in the course will remain available or unchanged over time.

3. Third Party Platforms

Our course is delivered via third-party platforms including Kajabi. We are not responsible for any outages, errors, or interruptions caused by third-party platforms. Additional costs associated with third-party tools — including but not limited to course hosting platform subscriptions, domain registration, and professional email services — are not included in the purchase price of this program and are the sole responsibility of the student.

4. Payments

Payment is required in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated. By submitting payment, you authorise us and our payment processors to charge your chosen payment method for the agreed amount. All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified.

5. Refunds

Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy below and applicable Australian Consumer Law.

6. Intellectual Property

All course materials — including but not limited to videos, workbooks, worksheets, scripts, templates, frameworks, graphics, and written content — are the intellectual property of Made Easy Digital and are protected by Australian and international copyright law. Unauthorised use, reproduction, distribution, or sharing of course materials is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

7. User Conduct

By accessing our course, you agree not to:

8. Australian Consumer Law

3. Refund Policy

Our Completion-Based Guarantee

We offer a completion-based money-back guarantee. If you complete the course in full, follow the steps, take the required actions, and still do not have a fully launched online course, you may request a full refund within 365 days of your purchase date.

This guarantee exists because we are confident in the system we have built — and because we believe that students who do the work get the result.

1. Eligibility for a Refund Under Our Guarantee

To qualify for a refund under our completion-based guarantee, you must:

• Submit your refund request within 365 days of your original purchase date

• Screenshots showing 100% course completion within the platform
• A copy of your completed course script or lesson outlines
• Evidence of a recorded course (for example, uploaded video files or a course hosted on a platform)
• A completed sales page (screenshot or live link)
• Evidence that you have set up a checkout or payment system

• Include a brief explanation of why the course did not meet your expectations

We will review your request and respond within 14 business days.

2. Australian Consumer Law

In addition to our completion-based guarantee, your purchase is also subject to the consumer guarantees provided under the Australian Consumer Law, which cannot be excluded. 3. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Outside of the above, refunds will not be issued for:

• Failure to engage with or complete the course

Our courses are digital products and are made available immediately upon purchase. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge the digital nature of the product and that refund eligibility is subject to the conditions outlined above.
