3. Refund Policy

Last Updated: 22 April 2026

We want every student to feel confident in their decision to join Made Easy Digital. We have put significant care into building a comprehensive, high-quality program β€” and we stand behind it.

Our Completion-Based Guarantee

We offer a completion-based money-back guarantee. If you complete the course in full, follow the steps, take the required actions, and still do not have a fully launched online course, you may request a full refund within 365 days of your purchase date.

This guarantee exists because we are confident in the system we have built β€” and because we believe that students who do the work get the result.

  1. Eligibility for a Refund Under Our Guarantee

To qualify for a refund under our completion-based guarantee, you must:

  • Submit your refund request within 365 days of your original purchase date
  • Provide reasonable evidence that you have completed the course in full, including but not limited to:
    • Screenshots showing 100% course completion within the platform
    • A copy of your completed course script or lesson outlines
    • Evidence of a recorded course (for example, uploaded video files or a course hosted on a platform)
    • A completed sales page (screenshot or live link)
    • Evidence that you have set up a checkout or payment system
  • Submit your request to [email protected] with your full name, order date, and the evidence listed above
  • Include a brief explanation of why the course did not meet your expectations

We will review your request and respond within 14 business days.

  1. Australian Consumer Law

In addition to our completion-based guarantee, your purchase is also subject to the consumer guarantees provided under the Australian Consumer Law, which cannot be excluded. If our course fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a remedy regardless of whether you have completed the course. Please contact us at [email protected] to discuss your circumstances.

  1. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Outside of the above, refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind where the course has been accessed
  • Failure to engage with or complete the course
  • Refund requests made outside the 365-day windowΒ
  • Circumstances where the student has breached these Terms
